The planning department of the subdistrict office is responsible for managing administrative tasks such as incoming and outgoing mail. Unfortunately, the process of managing documents is still carried out by recording letter data in books and storing documents in storage cabinets by sub-district employees without any backup or backup of original data and also the process is also long.
