Employment data recording process is done on the "Kantor Kepala Desa Pagarawan" is still using simple applications such as Exel. Which is less rapid in carrying out the processes of data processing employees, including frequent errors in employee data records, the data leave, and delay the transaction or transactions that were deemed too long so that the data search process becomes slow, ineffective and inefficient. To overcome these problems, we need a computerized staffing system very suitable for supporting the advancement and development of the institution. So as to overcome the problems or constraints on systems running today. |
