Optimalisasi Koneksi Jaringan LAN di SMP Negeri 2 Pemali Menngunakan Metode Fasttrack Berbasis Routerboard Mikrotik Megi Pranata text Pangkalpinang : ISB Atma Luhur, 2023 | The use and development of today's network technology is very fast so that accessing computer networks can interact with each other caused by the rapid development of network technology in a short time. Network problems at SMP Negeri 2 Pemali are currently experiencing slow network connection problems because there are many users during working hours and there is no special network connection for prioritized users. From these problems the author builds a network connection through a simple queue for bandwidth restrictions and priority network connections using the fasttrack method. Fasttrack is a feature available on the Mikrotik routerboard which can be used to speed up internet connections by bypassing or bypassing the current connection. The method used in this study is the PPDIOO model which consists of the Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate, and Optimize stages. To overcome this problem the author uses the Mikrotik Routerboard 951Ui-2nd by configuring a simple queue to limit bandwidth for ordinary users, while the fasttrack feature can speed up internet network connections by passing certain data bypassing inspection and management on the proxy routerboard for users who are prioritized faster when accessing internet so that it can overcome these problems then get the final result between users with IP who get bandwidth restrictions and users with IP without bandwidth restrictions.
